Turn of the Century Personal leather bound album of Kapellmeister Emil Steinbach (Austrian,1849-1919) compiled in the late 19 th early 20th century.
Album contains original signatures by significant classical musicians, composers, opera singers, pianists, including music quotations, art and photographs addressed to Emil Steinbach.
Approximately 50 plus original music inscription and signatures by musicians such as Joseph Joachim, Cesar Thomson, Ernst Von Dohnany, Jacques Thibaud, Teresa Carreno, Leopoldo Demuth, Ferruccio Busoni, Eugen d Albert, Emile Sauret, Ernst Kraus, Max Von Schillings and many others.

*A truly rare watercolor of Emil Steinbach Komponierhauschen (Composing hut) with musicians of the era gathered outside (6 1/2 in. x 9 1/6 in.).
Many pages are multiple signed and majority are fountain pen ink examples with additional sentiments and quotations.
