This is a Vintage 1936 celluloid pin of Renfrew of The Mounties .This is a fantastic period correct pinback button celebrating the book/movie character......Renfrew of the Mounted Police.. Measures in inches 1.25" in diameter. Renfrew was a popular series of boys books written by Lori Erkskine and gained popularity through its radio series. Erskine narrated the radio program from 1936-1940. It had House Jameson in the title role of Sergeant Douglas Renfrew. Between 1937-1940 8 films were made and 5 of these are available on DVD today.
