An Italian Renaissance style oil on burlap painting of a hunting scene. Depicting four hunters in period costume walking out of the forest, one carrying the product of the hunt, a deer. Executed in tones of green, yellow, umber, red and silver. Unsigned. It is 58” x 48” (sight) and 64” x 54” overall. Framed in a wood frame with gilt wood fillet. Appears to be in very good condition.
