Susan Henoch Quinn, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was raised in a family of collectors. Her parents, Willard and Faith Henoch, were benefactors of numerous Milwaukee arts institutions. Her sister and brother-in-law, Anne H. and Frederick Vogel III, are also well-known collectors of early Colonial Americana.

In overall good, stable, usable condition. Exterior with a fairly even, older finish, having light surface wear (nicks and scratches) consistent with age and use. One upper door with heavier scratches. Upper doors with scattered age shrinkage separations. Lower case with tight age splits to sides and fall-front. Two feet with repairs. Pulls replaced, one handle detached but present.  Two interior pulls likewise detached but present. Drawers with locks, no key. Splits and holes to back boards.
