Vintage 5 Piece Lacquer-ware Style Serving Set with 2 Hand Fans; a a nice set to remember that summer in Hakijima. This set includes 1) a large musial serving bowl with lid holding three hard plastic condiment trays. The bowl is black plastic finished in traditional lacquer ware style. In the pedestal base is a wind up music box. The bowl and trays are in very good condition, the music box is tested and works. The bowl with lid measures 4 1/2" H x 9" DIA. 2) 2 plastic tea cups finished in traditional lacquer ware style and showing a view of Mt. Fuji. the cups are in very good condition, each measures 2 1/4" W x 3" W (w/handle) x 1 3/4" H. 3) A traditional lacquer ware tray in poor condition as one of the ends has separated from the tray. It measures 13" W x 9" D x 3/4" H. And 4) 2 small hand fans, each showing a bamboo handle and an image of a beautiful geisha girl. Each measures 4 1/2" W x 7 3/4" L.
