19th Century, of canted rectangular shape, the upper portion with removable top centered by a painted porcelain plaque revealing a shallow compartment with a removable lead liner, the top surrounded by an anthemion gallery mounted with winged griffins at the corners, both long sides inset with bronze plaques of Minerva, the upper section supported by turned ebonized legs joined by a lower shelf of walnut veneer, all raised on outswept ebonized legs ending in hoof feet
