Description: This is an EXCEPTIONAL piece by renowned French artist Bernard Locca. The painting is oil on canvas. It was painted in France as you can tell by the stamp on the canvas frame. The painting is framed, however it is old and would probably need to be replaced. It is a wood frame that was painted white and some of the paint has come off. The painting itself is PERFECT!
