William Gilpin (4 June 1724 – 5 April 1804) was an English artist, Anglican cleric, schoolmaster and author, early in his career, published a biographical account of the important Protestant church fathers including John Wycliffe, Jan Huss, Jerome of Prague, and Jan Zizka.
