A PAIR OF ENGLISH REGENCY GILT BRASS AND IRON ANDIRONS, EARLY MID 19TH CENTURY, the flaming tapered urns with laurel decoration over a tapered stem on scrolled cabriole legs ending in claw and ball feet. Height: 22" Width: 13 1/2" Depth: 8" Provenance: Estate of the late Charles A. and Betti F. Saunders, Houston, Texas.

Condition

Some expected dents and scratches to the surface with some gilt wear noted. The back smaller finial with a hole, not visible when displayed. Some oxidation to the metal observed.
