Signed by Queen Anne in in the 7th year of her reign. A letter written to "our true and welbeloved Spencer Compton Esq.", Paymaster of Pensions, on behalf of Dr. John Cockburn, Minister of the English Episcopal Church at Amsterdam, this framed document was formerly hung in San Francisco's Grace Cathedral.
Condition
Toning to leaf with folds and a few creases. Unexamined out of frame.
