(Paramount, 1979) A set of (3) concept designs for Academy Awards promotional advertisements for "Star Trek: The Motion Picture". From the collection of Bill Wallen, these designs were created by adhering printed imagery to art board backings, and applying silkscreened text layers over the imagery. Since these are concepts for the designs, the smaller aspects of the text are placeholders with jumbled lettering. Each design has an image size of 14"x10" within their 22"x17.25" mat frames. The condition is good overall with some wear throughout, small tears to the aspects of the mats, and some spots of discoloration to the mats from storage and use.
