(Paramount, 1979) Stylish development art depicting Spock from "Star Trek: The Motion Picture". This artwork was created for a "For Your Consideration" Academy Awards promotion of the film. It is accomplished by placing a layer of silkscreened text over multiple off-set printed color layers that make up Spock's image. These layers are adhered over art board and come with a mat board over the image. This artwork was designed as a sample to be reviewed, and as such, the smaller text portions feature placeholder text of jumbled lettering. The artwork has an image size of 11.75"x8.75" within the 22"x17.25" mat. The condition is very good with some scratches and wear to the mat and some minor wear to the artwork.
