Kellogg, dated 1844; an engraving titled "Mr. Thomas Paine, Author of the Rights of Man", originally for the Carlton House Magazine, published by W. and J. Stratford, dated for 1792; an engraving by W. Grainger, a political cartoon depicting Paine reading "Rights of Man" to a group of monkeys, with text reading "'Hear and improve,' he pertly cries, 'I come to make all nations wise'", which appeared as the frontispiece to George Chalmers' 1791 "Life of Thomas Paine", however this is an unknown edition. Condition
All are toned. The Marshall lithograph has water stains, and losses to the edges. The Paine portrait from Carlton House appears to have old tape residue on the edges, and has minor foxing; both Paine engravings are somewhat creases. Not examined out of the frames.
