Okita and temple guardians, c. 1793, 10"h x 15"w; with, Utagawa Hiroshige, Tokimune caught by Goromaru in woman's kimono. c. 1843, 13.5"h x 9.25"w; and with, Utagawa Hirokage, Sakuma-cho outside Kanda, from the series Comical Views of Famous Places in Edo, c. 1859, 12.5"h x 8.25"w, each mounted on paper or board, largest backing: 19"h x 13"w
Condition
Fair/Poor, all with rough edges, creases, stains, Kitagawa Utamaro tacked to backing at corners and part of top edge, Hiroshige tacked at top corners and with possible repairs at top, Hirokage tacked at top corners, with insect damage and holes **Condition reports are rendered as specialist opinion by the staff of the Auction House and not as statements of fact.
