Chinese 18/19 C miniature Satin Stitch and couched gold wrapped threads on cream Silk forming a Chair Cover of figures, birds, insects and flowers in a Garden with Pavilions, the center design inverted at top quarter for back of chair, now edged with woven ribbon and a wide light blue silk border of flowers and birds; now framed. Appears in good condition with light age related wear, not examined out of frame. Height 76 inches (193 cm.) X width 21 inches (53.3 cm.).
