Book Details: This vintage limited, first American edition is hand numbered 1404 of 1500 copies "published for America" and is signed by Tretchikoff. The work is spiral bound and features tipped-in plates as well as reproduced pieces. Some pieces are in color.

Vladimir Grigoryevich Tretchikoff, 1913-2006, was one of the most commercially successful artists of all time - his painting Chinese Girl (popularly known as "The Green Lady") is one of the best selling art prints of the twentieth century.
Condition / Notes: This vintage volume shows well spiral bound in cloth covered boards with gilt lettering and adornment.

The books show some age/wear externally concentrated at the extremities including chipping and loss of material to the spine cover.

The binding is secure, pages are clean with very light age toning and moisture marks on the first two and last five leaves.

The work has a few institutional treatments including a stamp at the bottom of the title page, handwritten cataloging information at the top of the copyright page, and a pocket removed from the rear endpaper with an institutional label preset. The volume is otherwise unmarked.
