A nice Roman bronze coin of Claudius. The coin of Claudius, AD 41 - 54, is a copper As struck at the mint of Rome with Minerva advancing rt. on the reverse brandishing a spear and holding a shield. In pleasing condition with attractive patination. Dia: 29 mm, 8.36g. Ex Tempe, AZ private collection; Ex Marti Classical Numismatics.
