Morley in Severance, Kansas, with a 2-cent first class stamp, plus a 1912 A.H.T.A. deputy certificate and a 1916 credential Card for Mr. Morley, plus a red, white and blue celluloid pin-back button for the A.H.T.A., signed Whitehead and Hoag with a paper label.

Certificate measures 8.5 x 9.75 inches. Button measures 0.875 inches.
