Description
A very nice Egyptian green-glazed faience amulet of a striding bull, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, representing the god Khnum, with nicely detailed head and suspension loop at shoulders. L: 1 1/2 in (3.9cm), H: 1 2/5 in (3.5cm). Mounted on a flat black lucite base. Ex Michigan private collection acquired in the mid-1980's from Ancient World Arts, New York.
