Pre-Columbian,West Coast, Michoacan, Tzintzuntzan, ca. 100 BCE to 250 CE. An adorable miniature polychrome teapot vessel with a gadrooned, ribbed body, a short neck rising to a flaring rim, a basket type handle, and a single spout - all painted via negative resist in an attractive color scheme of red, cream, and black hues. Carefully hand built, modeled, and painted. Rare to find this size! Size: 2.75" H (7 cm)
