Description
Roman, Imperial period, ca. 1st century CE. A beautiful personal cup made from thin bronze sheet folded into a flaring cylinder, with a flat foot that bulges outward to form a ring at the base and a thin strap handle that rises above the unpronounced rim. A rare example! Size: 5" W x 4.6" H (12.7 cm x 11.7 cm)

Condition
Handle has been repaired and has some bending and losses as shown. Small corroded area on the base that is very difficult to see. Slight bending to form. Beautiful deep turquoise patina.
