Set of Twelve Chinese KangXi Flowers Porcelain God Cups On Carved Cushion Hardwood Stands. The porcelain potted with a shallow body like reverse hat, slight deep, thick and small, flaring rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white colour which contrast against famille rose colour, depicted of continuous flowers bloom interspersed foliage, scrolling tendril, mountain landscape and Chinese calligraphy lettering inscriptions poems, followed with artist's signature and iron-blue seals on the left side. The colours are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue ring lines. Made in The Years KangXi Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
