Description

Maxwell Land Grant: A New Mexico Item William A. Keleher Published by The Rydal Press, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 1942. First Edition New Mexico History No dustjacket. This appears to have been the author's own copy of the book. It has the author's signature and address at the top of FFEP. Shown in photos. 168 pages including Sources & Index. Frontis photo of Lucien B. Maxwell. 8 full page illustrations. VG-. Interior is tight and clean with the exception of glue residue left on FFEP from a bookplate falling off. Corners bumped & some wear to corner tips. A little wear and small wrinkles at top of spine. Base of spine has been hit, & there is about a 1" dented area on the bottom of the front cover next to the hinge. Pages are a little age toned.

VG-. Interior is tight and clean with the exception of glue residue left on FFEP from a bookplate falling off. Corners bumped & some wear to corner tips. A little wear and small wrinkles at top of spine. Base of spine has been hit, & there is about a 1" dented area on the bottom of the front cover next to the hinge. Pages are a little age toned.
