ENGLISH TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC CHILDREN'S ARTICLES, LOT OF FOUR, comprising one footed dish with central transfer image of woman jumping rope, one plate with "THE COUSINS" image and octagonal rim, one plate with design of "THE FISHERMANS' CHILDREN", and one plate depicting "DR SYNTAX SELLS GRIZZLE" with molded animal border. One plate with impressed mark of "HOLLAND & GREEN / LONGTON", one plate with impressed "B" mark, otherwise unmarked. Staffordshire and possibly other areas. Second quarter/third quarter 19th century. Footed dish 1 1/2" H.
Dish with repaired 3/8" chip on underside of rim; two plates with minor flakes on rims; one plate with light discoloration, one repaired 3/8" chip on rim, and two small minor flakes on inner foot rim.
