Classical Period circa 1925s Lady's Shoe and Hat Trunk, s/n 813846, lock 106758. Initialed "JKD" (Johanna Krebs Dunn) and "Tenafly, NJ." The exterior has typical logo fabric, leather trim and brass tacking, corners, brass latches and lock (with key), multiple Cunard White Star and Paris tags. The interior is in magnificent condition, having the s/n tag & Saks Fifth Ave tag, the lining fine, retaining six shoe pockets, straps with marked bronze buckles and lift-out tray with marked ribbons. 12" x 18 1/2" x 18 1/2". Expected wear to exterior, repair to the original leather handle.
