Trunk features a hinged lid concealing open storage. Printed manufacturer's mark to exterior 'LV'. Decal paper label to interior 'Louis Vuitton 111784 Paris 1 Rue. Scribe, London 454 Strand'. Impressed manufacturer's marks to rivets 'Louis Vuitton', to side handle plates and central clasp '1 Rue Scribe Paris Louis Vuitton London 454. Strand Made in France.', and to front clasp hardware '09480'.

Fair vintage overall condition. Surfaces exhibit moderate to advanced wear throughout commensurate with age, use and handling. Exterior presents with multiple scratches, indentations, rippling and water damage, tearing, losses, holes, scattered abrasions, deterioration to leather elements, multiple travel stickers, staining, ambient soil, as well as some finish loss. Steel bands, handles, and rivets, to varying degrees, all retain indentations, bends, and oxidation. Lacking key and removeable tray(s). Interiors present with moderate staining, and several torn lattice ribbons to lid.
