Chinese Ming Dynasty period porcelain fish pond. The underglazed Bulbous body, with banded wide rim. The exterior delicately decorated with hand-painting in underglazed blue of variegate tones and shades, depicted front facing dragons and other smaller dragons borne amidst dense of flames and clouds. Its rim banded with scrolling tendril patterned ribbon. The underside left unglazed, with pale-creme base spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim. Jiajing six characters reign mark in underglazed blue, Ming Dynasty.
