Description
A large and striking antique Chinese hand painted "koi fish bowl" cache pot planter depicting stylized chrysanthemum blooms amongst scrolled vines and leaves. A band of calligraphy symbols decorated the exteriornear base. Circa Qing Dynasty period (1644 - 1912); 19th century. Measures approx. 19 1/2" height x 22" diameter.
