Pierre Bonnet- Bailliere, Jacques George Lang, Paris. 1954. 16 chromolithograph color plates interspersed with 66 text pages and black and white photos, all loose in a stiff paper folder with gold stamping. 9 1/4 x 11 3/4 inches. In paper-covered slipcase. 2) Kupper, Roshardt. Cactees. Service d'Image Silva, Zurich. 1954. Hardcover in jacket. 8 x 11 1/2 inches. 127 pages with 60 color offset plates tipped on. 3) Maurice Vacherot. Charme et Diversite des Orchidees. J. B. Bailliere et Fils, Paris. 1957. Hardcover. 9 x 12 inches. With 16 full-page, densely colored photographic plates, which seem to be chromolithographs, printed on glossy, textured stock, (some of the rich black has offset onto facing pages), and 68 text pages.

Notes/Literature: Huguette Marcelle Clark (1906-2011) was an heiress and philanthropist, who became well known again late in life as a recluse, living in a hospital for more than 20 years while her mansions remained empty. She was an accomplished artist and musician, having studied under famous portrait painter Tadeusz Styka, and her paintings were exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery, Washington in 1925
