Two Cocle Polychrome Ceramics
c. 600 - 900 AD
One with a wide pedestal base rising to a flattened globular bowl, the pedestal painted in elongated diamond patterns. The other a plate divided into three parts, each with the face of a frog/monster and barbs. Both in apparently very good condition, each with some surface scratches and losses.
Dimensions: plate, 8 ¼ inches diameter; pedestal bowl, 8 inches high
