Chinese ink painting of various fowls on paper affixed to silk. Hand painted traditional Chinese scroll a variety of richly painted birds in colored pigmentation. Each bird is placed into their respective habitats which are masterfully rendered. Each Paneled Image is adorned in several lines of Manchurian script which sets this piece in the Qing Dynasty era. The brown antique paper is excellently preserved by the thick silk backing. Iron-red official seals can be seen throughout this work. Di-gan Rod is rigid and true allowing for the scroll to be wrapped easily and transported safely.
