A lot of 3 Egyptian faience objects from the Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC. Lot includes:
1) An Egyptian faience figure of Duamutef, a jackal-headed deity and one of the four 'Sons of Horus' who guarded the internal organs of the deceased. H: 3 in (7.6 cm).
2) The head and shoulders of a blue-green faience amulet of a leonine goddess with beautiful style and detail. L: 23 mm.
3) The upper part of a turquoise glazed composition female figurine wearing tripartite wig, L: 22 mm. Ex Orange County private collection.
