Late Period, 30th Dynasty, Ca. 332 BC. A group of four mummiform ushabtis in mummiform pose, each wearing a plain tripartite wig; the arms are crossed on the chest, and the hands hold a pick and hoe modelled in relief. The ushabtis flat-backed. A panel of hieroglyphic text running horiztonal down the column.Size: L:50-75mm / W:20-30mm ; 70gProvenance: Private London collection; ex. B. Kickx and J. Peeters collections, pre 1978, Belgium.
