ROOKWOOD MCGUFFEY 1882 ART POTTERY PITCHER, polychrome floral painted design on sides with thick brown enamel at base and on shoulder with molded spout and handle. Artist signature for Caroline Virginia (Rich) McGuffey with "C.V.M. / 1882" inscribed on base. Marked with impressed "ROOKWOOD / 1882". Rookwood Pottery, Cincinnati, Ohio. Circa 1882. 7 7/8" H.
Several hairlines on rim and repair to spout, otherwise undamaged.
