Circa 1820, Britain or America. Having uncommon accordion action which is a feature found in pieces produced by Gillows. The piece is composed of six one board segments and the top including four original leaves each measuring at 21 3/4" each and then end pieces which measure 26" each. The piece in total with all leaves is 117" Long and 60" wide. The piece rest atop ten well turned legs which termite in conforming brass cup casters. Good condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. No repairs to legs or tops. Some slight losses to small molding at areas in corners of the table.
