This is the Internationaler psychoanalytischer verlag (Leipzig) first softcover edition of Anna Freud's "Einführung in die Technik der Kinderanalyse" (87 numbered pages, plus editorial ad section. All text is in German. The cover, yellow cloth with brown type, has notable edge wear, including several tears, but no deep tears. The spine is sunned and with some creases but it is securely attached and with legible, though faded, lettering. The inside is good overall, with no stamps or other attachments. The only writing is a brief notation, in ink, on the front end page, indicating a trip to Gottingen in 1928. There is some shallow edge wear, but no deep tears and no tears of any type to most pages. One set of 8 pages is partly loose, but no pages are entirely loose and none are missing. The accompanying photos, of this copy, are accurate reflections of the book conditions.
