Description
FRANCE, 19TH CENTURY A French gilt bronze carriage clock manufactured by A. H. Rodenet. The clock possesses a white and black enameled Roman numeral dial with five second intervals and subsidiary dial for hours. The clock is housed in a scalloped corner solid bronze case with beveled glass panels and top open escapement. Dial and movement signed "A. H. Rodanet", underside with incised "M-3997" and speed indicators.
