Oliver Hall was known for landscape pieces. PROVENANCE: From the collection of Dr. Beate A. Schiwek (1943-2016), Chambersburg, PA. Dr. Schiwek was the Dean and Chief Academic Officer at Felician College in Lodi, NJ, Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA and Rosemont College in Rosemont, PA. While at Felician, she became the first dean of a private college to serve as National President of the Council of Colleges at Arts & Sciences. MEASUREMENTS: Range in size from 6-3/8" x 4-1/2" to 10-5/8" x 5-3/4". Frames measure 17-1/2" x 13-1/2". CONDITION: Wear to frames. Toning and light foxing.
