The Arabian Peninsula and the Red Sea photographed from the high-altitude orbiting spacecraft, Gemini 11, September 1966. Numbered 'NASA S-66-54536' (NASA MSC) in red on the recto u.r. margin, NASA MSC caption on the verso. Vintage chromogenic print on fiber-based Kodak paper with 'A Kodak Paper' watermark on the verso, image size 8 x 7 1/4 in. (20.3 x 18.3 cm), unmatted.
Condition: Pinpoint hole on the recto c.l. margin, minor wear at l.l. corner of sheet.

N.B. Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and South Arabia from 470 nautical miles above the Earth's surface.
