The Chinese celadon nephrite jade carved unto a bulbous deep vessel, banded on the rim, raised on splayed concave foot base. The wooden dome lid pierced with ruyi clouds motif supporting the organic shape branching red-coral finial. Two curved handles projecting from the body. Banded on the lower belly with relief of silk worm ribbon. Presented on a carved hardwood stand. The Censer is finely polished, having simple design yet elegant, with clean even tone and moist milky appearance.
