Three Vintage Helmets, c. 1900, consisting of an Austrian Imperial Officer's Shako, with a feather plume and a gilt brass double eagle badge; a Victorian Police Cork Helmet, with brass mounts, and a British cavalry shako with a beaver skin mount, a metal horse badge, and a leather brim, Beaver- H.- 11 in., W.- 7 1/4 in., D.- 9 in. (3 Pcs.) Provenance: The Sword & Pen Antiques, 528 Royal Street, New Orleans, LA.

Condition

Condition consistent with age and use. the Australian shako with feather Plume, Leather shows scratches. Victorian police helmet shows pinholes in cap, chin chain is intact. The British Calvary cap, the leather visor is detached and worn. A fine set.
