AMERICAN COIN SILVER SPOONS, LOT OF 24, including three serving spoons marked for Samuel Williamson, Philadelphia, PA (active 1794-1813), two forward-tipped fiddle back serving spoons marked for Robert and William Wilson, Philadelphia, PA (active c. 1825 to 1846), six backward-tipped fiddle back tea spoons marked for George Russell, Philadelphia, PA (active 1833-1875), and nine forward-tipped fiddle back tea spoons marked for Thomas Eltonhead, Baltimore, MD (active 1835-1843); most with monogram. Total weight: 18.165 ozt. Late 18th/19th century. 5 3/4" to 9 1/8" L.
Excellent condition overall, expected wear, some with minor denting to bowl.
