AMERICAN COIN SILVER SPOONS / FLATWARE, LOT OF 25, including a set of three backward-tipped fiddle back serving spoons with lion passant, six-point star, and "D" touchmarks, monogram "TPW", a set of five backward-tipped fiddle back spoons with identical touchmarks, and monogram "W", and a master salt spoon with backward-tipped fiddle back, and spread-wing eagle, "D", and classical bust touchmarks; many with unidentified makers marks, most with monograms. Total silver weight: 18.835 ozt. 19th century. 4 1/4" to 9" L.
Excellent condition overall, some with denting/compression to bowls, some with minor bending to handles.
