Description
Carved fruit wood depiction of a male figure in a loose fitting robe with proper right leg raised and knee bent. The figure gazes upward with proper right arm raised above his head and fingers pointed while the left arm is positioned at his at his side with index finger pointed downward. Retains faint traces of red sizing and gilt accents. Bears a circular printed paper label on back from "Mathius Komor Works of Art New York" inscribed at center "I 310."

Condition
Worm holes throughout, soiling, losses to edge of robe, right pinky finger broken (but present), and no proper left foot. Evidence of antique repairs.
