New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty, 1479-1425 BC. A white glazed composition scarab engraved to the underside with falcon headed Ra seated in a boat with two uraeus serpents to the bottom; to the top cartouche of the throne name Tuthmosis III, 'Men Kheper Ra'. 8.32 grams, 31mm (1 1/4"). Property of a London gentleman; previously in the Mustaki collection. [No Reserve]
