Smoothbore three-stage barrel in 15mm calibre with ring carved with fronds at the girdle and moulded muzzle with front sight, breech bears gold keyhole stamps by the gun maker Francisco Targarona, active in Madrid (1773 - 1808) flanked by lilies; “MADRID†type lock filleted and engraved with floral motifs and fronds bearing the name of the maker "FRANCO TARGARONA MADRID"; steel mounts are chiselled and finely engraved with floral motifs, walnut stock complete with wood ramrods with ivory tip In excellent condition, minor defects and signs of use. _x000D_
