Few tiny short tears to bottom spine end, which are not very noticeable. Pea-size light spot on front cover and two small, very light water stains on rear cover. All graphics and titles bright and clean; same with gilt decorations and titling. A beautiful book. 682 pages. Size: 6.5 x 9
