Chinese, 20th century. A carved elm writing desk, having a rectangular form with six inset drawers, with a pierced fretwork foot rest, with paneled sides, squared legs, four drawers with brass cup pulls and two with figural moth pulls. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 32", width 49.5", depth 27".
