[Mickey Spillane]. Mickey Spillane's Smith-Corona 2200 Coronamtic Electric Typewriter, Manufactured Circa 1970s. This rather well-used electric typewriter, as evidenced by the repair shop labels, resided at Mickey's Murrells Inlet home. Given this typewriters vintage, it seems likely that Mickey could have used this example on any of the novels he wrote from 1970 until the end of his writing career. Mickey continued to use a typewriter for his correspondence until the end, apparently disinclined to switch to a computer. The typewriter is in working condition. From the estate of Mickey Spillane.
