An agreement between Loew‘s Incorporated and Whitney Manufacturing Co., granting the latter rights to "manufacture, process and distribute" merchandise tags representing Oz related characters. The agreement is dated August 3rd, 1939 on the front wrap, and signed on the last page, in ink and with official seals, by representatives of both companies.
